Hoop Dreams... 🏀
Effects applied: HiLite and Vignette filter effects on main page, saved image. Went to caption image page where the saved image was waiting for me, or/and any saved images. Captioned EditThis.net with Faded font in black, saved image, then in white, saved image. Went to the image gif maker, selected the captioned saved images, adjusted gif speed to 20 and checked make images same size. Result is below.
